requirements, performance, and goals, while participating in ongoing efforts to improve quality and service. 

Busniess Policy

1. Tunway warrants the products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of up to three (3) months
to Six (6) months. 
 
2. All claims must be submitted in writing and accompanied by pictures of the affected product claim. Should pictures not be
available, Tunway may require the product to be returned to the designated warehouse for inspection. 
 
3. All claims will be investigated and upon acknowledgement and acceptance of the claim, the defective product will be
replaced at cost or equivalent credit will be granted. In no event shall Tunway be liable for any incidental costs to include
labor, freight, loss of time, etc. 
 
4. Terms above are subject to period that within warranty period and of quality problem Any defects resulting from water
damage, fire, acts of nature, misuse, abuse, modification, improper installation, vehicle crash, or any type of impact. Any
modification to the system or operating on a vehicle with damaged headlight housing will void the warranty.
